1. Introduction

Welcome to cmonfy ("Service"), operated by Зыков Андрей Владимирович, ИНН 540547943417, самозанятый ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

cmonfy is a gamified AI-powered task manager that combines task management, learning, and artificial intelligence. Users can create tasks, chat with an AI mentor, earn XP and virtual coins, level up characters, and create learning plans.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

cmonfy offers free and paid (Pro) plans. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles all billing, taxes, invoicing, and currency conversion on our behalf.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins are a virtual currency within cmonfy that can be earned through task completion or purchased. Coins can be spent in the in-app shop for cosmetic items and features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. Purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Abuse the AI chat system with harmful, offensive, or manipulative content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse promotions
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' experience

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content (tasks, notes, plans) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

cmonfy uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, generate quiz questions, and assist with task management. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but these Terms survive as applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
