Refund Policy

Overview
All payments for cmonfy are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, or Prodamus for Russian payments. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Service.
Pro Subscription
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not substantially used Pro features, you may request a full refund.
- After 14 days, or if Pro features have been substantially used, refunds are provided at our discretion.
- Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, but you can always cancel to prevent future charges.
Coin Packs
- Coin purchases are generally non-refundable as they are virtual currency consumed immediately upon purchase.
- If coins were purchased by mistake (e.g., accidental double purchase), contact us within 48 hours for a review.
- Unspent coins from a refunded purchase will be deducted from your balance.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at startai@cmonfy.com with your account email and order details.
- Include the reason for your refund request.
- We will respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
- Refunds are always provided if required by your local consumer protection laws.
- If the Service experiences significant downtime or technical issues preventing use of paid features, we will provide proportional credit or refund.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
